Description :

Smart City is located in Bagrevand region in Yerevan, Armenia. The district has 5,000m2 of public roads, sidewalks, playgrounds and green areas. Four main buildings with apartments and 24 private town houses are designed for residential purposes.

   Outdoor Lighting design is based on three main sections; buildings facades, central green area and pathways & three community roads. Daylight and Motion Sensors control the lighting fixtures in the central area with 1-10V dimming method while building facades are controlled via remote application having the music input option with color changing scenarios. Community roads and pavements are provided with proper lighting via light poles and simple fixtures.

   Indoor Lighting design is based on common areas in four central buildings (e.g. stairways, parking areas, …) and administrative offices where simple recessed, pendant and surface-mount lighting fixtures have been used.
